2013 Major Championships In The Bag; Reflecting On The Year That Was

Jason DunferThe four Major Championships for the 2013 PGA Tour season are in the books, and for the fifth-straight year none of the winners include Tiger Woods.

Woods came in with high hopes to the PGA Championship at Oak Hill this past week, fresh off of dominating the WGC Bridgestone Invitational the week before that included a round of 61 on Friday. Crowne Plaza Invitational Betting Odds Led By Zach Johnson

The Crowne Plaza Invitational this week on the PGA Tour might not be the most popular event of the season, but here are plenty of top notch players in the field.

That includes each of the last three winners of the last three events this year.

Rickie Fowler won his first PGA Tour event at Quail Hollow at the Wells Fargo Championship. Then the week following, Matt Kuchar broke through with the biggest win in his career by claiming the Players Championship. Jason Dufner Breaks Through At Zurich Classic For 1st PGA Tour Win

A couple of days ago when Jason Dufner held the 36-hole lead at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, I basically said that Dufner has made a habit of playing well on Thursday and Friday and then fading into the weekend.

The evidence was there to support my theory.
